Please find below information about this Sunday’s services as well as general news. A reminder that the next prayer gathering for Burn Naze is this afternoon at 3:15 PM (see below for more info). There’s much more church news to share which will come in further emails over the weekend.

If you’re unable to attend due to health and mobility, please be assured we continue to livestream our main 11:00 AM service. It can be viewed on our YouTube channel HERE and our Facebook channel HERE.

The next gathering for prayer in preparation for the future launching of activities and a congregation in Burn Naze is TODAY 7th October at 3:15 PM by the site of the old Burn Naze pub. After today the next prayer gatherings are:

For our next concert we’re looking forward to welcoming ‘One Voice Community Choir.’ You may have seen them on TV! They were finalists in the 2013 and 2019 BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year, and in the 2014 Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod. The concert is taking place on Friday 14th October at 7:00 PM in Church. £7 per person payable on the door – the price includes refreshments at the interval.

Starting on Sunday 16th October is the Bible Course. The Bible Course offers a superb overview of the world’s best-selling book. The course will increase your confidence, equip you to read the Bible better and help you to see its relevance to daily life. Over eight weeks, it combines video teaching, group discussion, personal reflection and daily readings. It will take place in the Chapel in-between the Sunday morning services, running from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. So this means if you normally come to the 9:00 AM service, you can stay on a little longer for the course. Or if you normally come to the 11:00 AM service, you can turn up earlier and take part in the course before worship at 11:00 AM. Refreshments will be provided in the Chapel whilst the course is taking place. Places for the course are limited to 12 people. To book your place, please send me an email.

Yours in His service,
