Memorial Mason Response Form (stage 2)

Please use this form to respond to a memorial application approval letter (stage 1).

As per the Regulations, maintenance work on memorials, the temporary removal of memorials or the installation of new memorials should not happen without the authorisation of the Incumbent of Christ Church (or his or her representatives).

Written authorisation for work to go ahead will not be given until payment has been made and the online response form submitted (stage 2).

PLEASE NOTE: work should not be carried out to do with this memorial until a letter of authorisation has been received (stage 3).
